The weekend is over again. Somehow weekends always seem to fly by...
At least i spent it with people i love.
I went over to KB's workplace on friday evening and the place is somewhat crampy but i thought the people there were nice. Better still there are gaming machines for entertainment so on the whole, the place's not too bad... Waited for her to finish work till about 11 but i entertained myself with the Xbox there.. Guitar Heroes? Or something like that, it's quite a fun game la but i switched to Fifa World Cup soon after. Nothing beats football. =)
Saturday came soon enough and enjoyed myself playing soccer with mates i grew up with. Yes, my cousins and uncles. it's just enjoyable playing with Myjia and when you look back and think in future, it is a wonderful time we are having right now playing together in a team. Long may this period of time last... If you don't understand how and what it means to be playing in such a team, think having many buddies growing up together playing and eventually when they grow up, they are your teammates, still playing together but now on a field against others. Erm, if you don't understand, it's too bad, i don't have to understand either, i am feeling it now.
Sunday was alright, i seriously had fun playing Fifa on the PC with Ebenzer and Uncle Eric. Hahaha... it's real good fun and once again, i watched Ebenzer grow up and now he's playing PC games with me..great!
Anyway, in between a great weekend, i thought to myself if people generally become more short-tempered as they age? I think so. For whatever reasons i'm not sure but it's something i observed.
And also, sometimes, some things does not need further explanation if the other party has their own view. Just let it be then you will avoid a conflict. Like i do so often with KB and my mum. They have their own view on certain matters and i have my own supposed contorted views. Just let it be lor... everyone has their own brains to think.
Another food for thought, I think people in general should have some planning for the future, yes. But people should not worry about the future. As in things that are yet to happen and you think it might. Seriously, it will only bring you down. Makes you unhappy, miserable.
